Compliance Statement

S-A-Web and all affiliated websites and entities operate in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, as well as regulations promulgated by the United States Attorney General at 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (Record Keeping Requirements for Producers of Sexually Explicit Materials).

Record Keeping

All performers appearing in sexually explicit materials produced, distributed, or advertised on our websites are over the age of 18 (21 in certain jurisdictions). All records and documentation verifying the age and identity of all performers have been maintained and are available for inspection by authorized federal officers in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Designated Compliance Agent

S-A-Web has appointed a designated agent to receive notification of claimed infringement of copyrighted material found on any S-A-Web website, and to monitor compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 18 U.S.C. § 2257A.

Age Verification

S-A-Web maintains verified records of the age, identity, and residence of every performer featured in sexually explicit materials. All models and performers are required to provide proof of age prior to participation in any content production. These records are kept in accordance with federal law and are available for inspection by federal law enforcement officers upon request.

Non-Tolerance Policy

S-A-Web has a zero-tolerance policy regarding any content featuring performers who are not of legal age. All material is thoroughly reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Any content found to violate these requirements is immediately removed from all S-A-Web websites and affiliated platforms.

Content Standards

All content available on S-A-Web websites has been produced, published, and distributed in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Producers of content featured on our platforms maintain full documentation and records as required by law. Copies of identification verification and age documentation are available upon request from authorized government agents.

Copyright Compliance

All material appearing on S-A-Web websites is original content or material for which proper licenses have been obtained. Content producers and rights holders maintain exclusive ownership and licensing rights. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.

Federal Notification

Any person who has reason to believe that any material on any S-A-Web website or affiliated platform violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 18 U.S.C. § 2257A should notify our Compliance Officer immediately in writing with specific details concerning the content in question.
