8 sections covering our DMCA compliance and copyright procedures.

S-A-Web respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that content on any S-A-Web website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice of copyright infringement to our designated agent.

To be effective, a DMCA notification must be submitted to S-A-Web's designated copyright agent. Our designated agent is authorized to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement and to take appropriate action on behalf of S-A-Web.

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your DMCA notice must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; (b) identification of the copyright work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (d) your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized; (f) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate; and (g) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Written notice of copyright infringement claims should be directed to our designated Copyright Agent. Notices must be submitted in writing and should be as detailed as possible to allow S-A-Web to properly investigate your claim.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, S-A-Web will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We will make a good faith effort to contact the content provider with information about the removal and the possibility of submitting a counter-notification.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Counter-notifications must include specific information and declarations as required by law. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, S-A-Web may restore the content unless the copyright claimant files an action seeking a court order.

S-A-Web has adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing, you may be liable for damages, including attorney's fees. Similarly, if you make a false counter-notification, you may be liable for damages.
